Summary
Sound FX Pro is designed as a local-only soundboard. The app does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email address, and does not collect or sell personal information. Imported audio files, sound mappings, and app settings are stored on your device for use within the app.
Information Sound FX Pro Does Not Collect
Sound FX Pro does not collect personal information, account credentials, contact information, precise location, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, or payment information. The app does not include advertising, user accounts, social features, or a developer-operated cloud library.
Sound FX Pro does not transmit your imported audio files, mapping names, motion preferences, or manual-pad settings to Heroes Workshop or to an external server. Your custom sounds remain under your control on your device.
Device Permissions and On-Device Processing
The app may request access to motion sensors so that enabled Stomp/Impact, Twist, Shake, and Swing cues can respond to movement. Motion readings are processed on the device to recognize the configured cues and are not collected, stored as a user profile, or transmitted by Sound FX Pro.
The app may request access to files or documents when you choose to import a sound effect. Imported files are used for playback inside the app and are stored locally according to the device’s app-storage behavior. The app does not upload those files to Heroes Workshop.
If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work, but the rest of the app can remain available where supported by iOS.
Local Storage
Sound FX Pro stores app settings, imported-sound metadata, and cue mappings locally on your device. Removing the app may remove locally stored app data according to your device’s operating-system behavior. Sound files that you separately keep outside the app are not affected by deleting the app.
Purchases and Payments
If Sound FX Pro is offered through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the purchase and payment transaction. Sound FX Pro does not receive or store your full payment-card information. Apple’s own privacy policy and terms may apply to App Store transactions.
Third-Party Services
Sound FX Pro does not use third-party advertising, analytics, social-login, or data-broker services to collect information from users. The app may be distributed through Apple’s App Store, and Apple may process information under Apple’s own policies when you download, update, or purchase the app.
Children’s Privacy
Sound FX Pro is not directed specifically to children under 13, and the app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us using the address below so we can investigate. Because the app is designed not to collect personal information, there may be no account or server record to remove.
Data Security
Because Sound FX Pro is designed not to collect or transmit personal information, the app does not maintain a developer-operated personal-information database.
